Lighting diagrams — what you need to know
A lighting diagram is a top-down map of the set: where each source sits relative to the subject and camera, what modifier is on it, how high it is, and where the reflectors, flags and background lights go. Reading one is faster than watching a whole tutorial, and rebuilding from one takes minutes. Angles and distances matter more than exact gear — a 90cm softbox at 45° behaves much the same whichever brand it is. Every setup here ships with a diagram.
